What our Guests are saying…

We had such a wonderful time again this year at Leah’s Landing. After vacationing on the Vineyard for over 30 years we have found our second home! It has the perfect in town/out of town location. Quiet, private, and within walking distance to ocean, shops, restaurants & the hub of Oak Bluffs.

The style of the home is just perfect for a beach get-away. Casual, yet aesthetically pleasing, with it’s simple coastal décor. It offers all of the amenities you could possible need. Comfortable beds, nice newly refreshed baths, a perfectly updated kitchen, appealing open concept living area, with a wow tv section, and a wall of windows overlooking a lovely and private backyard, with a large deck! Oh, and an outdoor shower, and washer & dryer. Who could ask for anything more? Well, most importantly it is immaculate!

This house is not just a rental with detached owners looking to make money. They are serious about creating a home-away from home, a respite for you and your family, and it is obvious in the yearly improvements, and their attention to detail. This house has a heart and a soul, and you feel it immediately as you enter. I even picked some herbs from their sweet little garden when making dinner. It just doesn’t get better than that.

My daughter says I am a picky traveler, and I am. I owned a B&B in the Berkshires for 19 years. I know what goes into creating a space that meets the needs of many different types of people, and I know how much effort it takes to be in the hospitality business. This house just checks off ALL of the boxes for the simplicity and the charm it offers.

Rhiannon was an amazing host—responsive and attentive at all times. The house was perfect for us. It had a nice, modern kitchen, open floor plan and wonderful deck. Our kids loved the bunk room upstairs.

Rhiannon and Peter have thought of everything in terms of furnishings - quality appliances and linens, pots and pans, spices, games, books and cleaning supplies. The house also came with a very informative binder with everything we needed to know about the house and the area (restaurants, maps, things to do).

Most importantly, the house was a few blocks from Tony’s Market (a local favorite), Sea Smoke (a great barbecue restaurant), and was an easy 15-minute walk to Circuit Ave. Our kids (ages 14, 16) were able to walk to and from Circuit Ave. by themselves, even at night. We had a ball and can’t wait until next year!
