The Main House at Leah’s Landing is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a sunny open floor plan and serene back yard with outdoor shower. The Main House sleeps 6 people with a King primary suite with en suite full bathroom, and a wood vaulted ceiling upstairs bedroom featuring a King size day bed and 2 twin beds. With a mudroom that connects the Main House to The Suite, together the two units create an ideal family home with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

When booking direct, a refundable security deposit is required.
Cleaning fees are included in weekly prices.
State and local taxes of 14.45% will be added to all bookings.
Accepted payment methods are Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Self check in is with keyless entry, 3pm or later
Check out is by 10am. Sorry, late checkout is not available.
Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before you arrive. After 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Leah’s Landing is designed for adults. Please be aware that The Suite and The Main House are not childproofed and contain breakables and fine linens.
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated except as mandated by MA law.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but all windows must be closed.
No parties or events. Maximum number of guests at The Suite is 2. Maximum number of guests on the entire property is 10.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please respect our working neighbors.
