Please note

We follow recommended COVID-19 cleaning standards and expect all guests to follow MA travel guidelines.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday and all linens are included.

Earliest check-in time is 3pm / Latest check-out time is 10am.

A deposit of 50% of rental total, signed contract and a copy of government issued identification are required at the time of booking.

Balance and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before you arrive. After 30 days, we do not accept cancellations, but if we are able to re-rent your dates, we will refund you.

Failure to pay balance due 28 or fewer days prior to check in will result in cancellation of reservation without refund.

Payment options: Personal check; Venmo, Zelle, CashApp (no fee if used with debit card); Credit cards through Venmo or Paypal (Guest pays 3% transaction fee)

All fees are to be paid in U.S. Dollars.

Minimum age of renters is 25. This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a strict noise policy.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • No smoking or vaping indoors.

  • Please limit noise after 8 pm and before 9 am. Respect for our neighbors is a top priority.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • For your security, please keep doors locked.

  • Place all trash and recycling in the animal-proof bins.

  • Unregistered guests are not permitted.
